1. Ticket Price,
transaction and Booking fees
Ticket prices
are in Australian dollars and include GST. A transaction fee applies to phone and internet
purchases. There is no transaction fee if you purchase tickets at the
Box Office. Some events
attract a (per ticket) booking fee. In these instances no transaction fee will
be charged.
2.
Exchange or Refunds
No exchange or refunds except as specified in The Entertainment
Industry Code of Practice.
3.
Promoter Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists
and/or to vary advertised programs, seating arrangements and audience
capacity.
4.
Cancelled Events
Refunds and exchanges will be at the discretion of the Promoter.
5.
Concessions
A customer must present a valid identification card as proof of
eligibility when purchasing tickets offered at a concession or discount
price. This includes special offers such as coupons and membership
discounts.
6.
Use of Cameras
Most events prohibit the use of cameras, tape recorders and video
cameras. However camera policies are determined by the promoter for
each event. Please check with the venue prior to the event.
7.
Lost Tickets
Patrons will be charged a fee for the processing of lost ticket
vouchers where traceable.
8.
Authorised Ticket Agencies
Entry can be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way, or
are not purchased from an authorised point of sale.
9.
Sign In Procedures
The CUBE is licenced as a
division of the Campbelltown Catholic Club. Patrons will be required to
“Sign In” before attending the show.
