Prosciutto and sage wrapped chicken breast with pumpkin cannelloni and an asparagus and brie sauce

Slow cooked lamb rump with a celeriac and leek puree, smoked field mushrooms and tomato oregano salsa

Dessert

Chocolate and pistachio tart, melon lime vodka shooter with raspberry and salted caramel ice
