Luncheon Menu

Mains (served alternately)

- Roasted chicken breast with grilled lemon, garlic and bread sauce

- Local blue eye fillet with pancetta, prawn colcannon and red wine jus
 

Sides

- Potato puree, burnt butter and shallots

- Tuscan leaf salad with lemon dressing, green beans and parmesan

Dessert

- Flourless chocolate tart with double cream, honeycomb and chocolate shards

- Scorched champagne marshmallow with fresh peach, raspberry consomme and praline icecream
